OUR METHOD
A method built through experience, comparison and constant research to get the best out of each training session, reminding us that first and foremost we must aspire to well-being in the water and within ourselves. That is why we built the core of our method around Yoga, meditation and visualization practices. Creating a good balance between mind and body is the ultimate tool to transcend our limits and become stronger and more aware freedivers.

My name is Martino Mostacci, freediving instructor, athlete and advanced equalization coach with the "SHARE" method. I decided to follow the path of the sea and freedive to find my balance and fully experience this wonderful reality that day after day gives me great joy and gratification. Together with my life partner Louise ( freediver, yoga teacher and Reiki master) we created "DIVE IN APNEA," a deep freedive and yoga school in Dahab, in the warm and clear waters of the Red Sea. Here we teach freediving in its purest form, surrounded by an incredible underwater environment constantly researching and experimenting with new methods and techniques to create the perfect mindset for our dives.

DIVE SITES IN DAHAB

Blue hole
An incredible location with unique features that, thanks to the protection provided by the coral reef, ensures no current and no waves throughout the year. The blue hole also hosts a community of freedivers from around the world making it a dynamic and exciting environment.

Light House Bay, located in central Dahab, offers easy access to depths ranging from 10m to 50m. An excellent location when seeking a first approach to the depth in comfort.

EQUIPMENT
You will need to bring wetsuit (3mm or 5mm depending on the season) , mask, snorkel, fins, weight belt and lanyard. If you should need anything, please contact us and we will provide it.
TRANSFER FROM SHARM EL SHEIK AIRPORT
Transfer from Sharm airport is possible by cab or public transportation from the airport. As a matter of convenience, we can arrange your transfer with an agreed cab service.
